Buying a new computer from Pc Specialist is very easy, they cater for all budgets. It is simple to pick the components you want, and they check everything is compatible for you. Once you place your order you get regular up to date emails when every step of the building process has completed. The delivery was excellent, they even give you a 1 hour time. PC specialist is a website/company i would most defiantly recommend to anyone who is looking at buying a new computer. The service was brilliant, constant feedback of what stage my order was in through email/on their website itself aswell as information on estimated times for that stage of production. The product was well made and so far running very well with no hiccups. They stuck to their 9-11 working day period which im glad about as i cannot explain just how excited i was to get my hands on the computer!All in all PC Specialist was a brilliant company and made the experience an easy and very professional one. Finally took the plunge for buying a desktop gaming PC. After discussing what specs will be suitable for my needs and what is best for my budget on their forum I finally placed my order. Eagerly watched progrss through and then saw it dispatched with next day delivery from DPD, for free! I was quite shocked to get a text message the next morning with an hour delivery slot. It turned up at the time they said so I was very happy. I actually consider my PC to be cheap, it cost me just over £800, and the power I get from it is amazing for the price. I also changed 3 parts of my order after I originally paid which easily added. PC Specialist have been perfect in providing me my gaming PC. Highly recommended.

I bought a £999 review PC from PC Specialist. The specs looked good and so far I have no complaints. It took a little longer to arrive than I originally hoped it would, but it's not like they didn't tell me and you can track your order every step of the way.To be honest, I'm only writing this review as they offered a free 8Gb USB stick if you write a review! Which will be a nice bonus if it comes through, but not necessary as I reckon I got fairly good value for money and a well built PC. If this turns out not to be the case (I've only had it a couple of weeks) I'll be sure to update this review.

Just happened to find PCSpecialist on the internet after my home PC failed in dramatic style, and after investigation placed an order with them - nothing more to say than great. Far better spec for the money than the high street and you can build to your own design - even for a novice like me this was easily done. It was also good to dictate exactly what software you wanted rather than having loads of free trial stuff pre-loaded.Only slight minor aspect is that on the delivery status it stayed at one point for over a week and then completed all of the other stages in one day - please note that this is not a complaint just an observation that when you are waiting for a PC every day counts....Great all round.
