I bought a gaming laptop to my needs and specifications. Easy to order and the product is well made and I am happy with it. Price also is competitive with other manufacturers even with custom specifications. Delivery was very quick and I received texts and emails outlining where the laptop was. The warranty as well is reasonable and seems very helpful

Just bought a new laptop from PC Specialist and was very pleased with the experience. The laptop was easy to buy - you can spec exactly the parts you want which is why I first looked at the site. An excellent PC with excellent service as always. Been a regular customer for Years and have ordered desktops and laptops all have provided sterling service.Definately worth checking out, i love the customisation pages to ensure i get just the right machine and dont have to pay for specs i dont need.Regular emails keep me updated with the progress including the one specicifying the despatch. I have never had a problem with any of the PCs delivered so i cannot comment on the returns policy.

I'd been considering building a desktop but after getting all the prices I discovered the PCSpecialist site and found the price was the same for a ready built machine. I put in the order on the website - which is helpful and highlights conflicts, incompatabilities and unnecessarily powerful bits - and paid by bank transfer. The build process was reported together with delivery date AND TIME to within 30mins! Delivery was on time, packaging robust and perfect. Set-up was straightforward and the PC works fine (now set up as a dual boot W7 and Ubuntu 12.10). Kit was AMD quad ASUS board, 1tb drive, DVD, Samsung 22" and a surge protector. All very professional, no complaints and highly recommended.

Ordering process straightforward with a good choice of components. I was kept well informed at all stages of the process and was able to change my selection of components prior to the build stage. From ordering to receipt of my computer was 19 days but I chose to delay the dispatch date several days to be sure someone was in to receive the computer. It was package well in purpose made packaging and arrived without any damage. The computer is working well and as far as I can tell, without opening the case, the components are exactly what I ordered. The OS was preinstalled (DVD media supplied), 90 day trial of BullGuard internet security which seems to work OK and the backup app works well.

The build took slightly longer than initially hoped but still within in the timescales they gave, probably because of an awkward component I had in the order. Was informed of when it would be and it was delivered professionally (+ impressively) packed and has been working flawlessly since.
