PC World is on on-line computer store which has all types of computer goodies from PC's to printer paper to laptop bags. PC World has quickly become the most recognised computer based store in the UK both on and off line.

However, even though they are the most recognised brand in computer retail they do not offer the best in terms of service or price. It seems to me they have become relaxed in their attitudes and don't seem to think they have to work hard in order to keep their customers.

Like their stores, the website is hard to search and there is just too much too work through in order to get to what you are searching for. It seems the designers have tried to cram too many products and offers all in one place and in the end just make it hard for the customer. If they had an easier to use site I might find more items I want to buy!

Although they have an extremely varied product list which has everything an office could need, it is very difficult to find the product you want! The website offers everything you can find in-store but also has special web only prices which you will not find in-stores. They also offer a service where you can book reserve your products and pick them up but the catch is you will not qualify for the web only price!

Even though I regularly check this site for offers, the only reason I have ever bought from them is because other sites have been out of stock and I need the item quickly. However, the item has always been more expensive at PC World which is why I do not use the site as much I would like to. PC World are a trusted brand and you can be assured you will receive the item and get an adequate service but do not use them if you are trying to save some pennies as they are by no means the cheapest.

I think PC World could definitely improve their site to make it easier for the customer and a shake down of some prices would be gratefully received too!
