Pennyblackmusic have a superb site. The site layout is alright but it is the content that amazes me. Alongside the CD,record and rarity shop there is an magazine which runs monthly and covers new and past releases as well as feature articles and interviews.
The magazine is an amazing section as it gives in depth reviews on the above and the general standard of writing is very high.

The shop side is good also, as it presents a wide range of music, although not much is stocked so it is a question of whether their distributors are able to get hold of the music. If you are looking for newer releases you will have no trouble and it may also be useful to find older releases that you may, hopefully, have some luck with.

The bad thing is that all prices are stated without VAT, which is added on at the shopping basket. This is often confusing as a calculator is needed to find out the true cost of each individual item as opposed to the entire order.

On the whole the site is very informative, well planned and provides great service. A definite recommendation.
