Phones 2 U claim to save you money on your line rental through a cash back system. Do NOT ever think that using phones 2 U will be a good way of getting cheap phone deals. Big mistake! Avoid this company at all costs they are a complete scam - my partner and I took out 2 Vodafone contracts with the cash back scheme, we followed all their instructions to claim back our money sending all the required bills, vouchers etc and then heard nothing for a couple of months. I have to put in one star because the website made me. They are not even worth one star. Don't fall for the cashback deal - I sent in everything on time via Special Delivery on 1 Oct, over 45 days lapsed no response at all. Rang them (01732 765 427) and told to email, email and got electronic response. Read from other sites about them (too late), writing my Before Action Letter and if I don't see my cash will take them to small claims court (and will claim for my cashback, the very expensive postage, admin time and my lost earning for taking a day off). I have given this Company a single 'star' award not because I want to but because this website will not take reviews without putting a star. Phones2udirect do not have any Customer relations. Their Cashback Dept is totally non existent other than an automated reply to emails. They do not answer the phone either. Its been over 49 days since their receipt of my first claim (by special delivery) and I am still waiting for my cashback. I am intending to take them to small claims Court but first I will report them to Ofcom and then to BBC Watchdog. They think they can treat their Customers with contempt.
