I have given this Company a single 'star' award not because I want to but because this website will not take reviews without putting a star. Phones2udirect do not have any Customer relations. Their Cashback Dept is totally non existent other than an automated reply to emails. They do not answer the phone either. Its been over 49 days since their receipt of my first claim (by special delivery) and I am still waiting for my cashback. I am intending to take them to small claims Court but first I will report them to Ofcom and then to BBC Watchdog. They think they can treat their Customers with contempt. I would certainly not recommend them to anyone.
