I have to put in one star because the website made me. They are not even worth one star.

Don't fall for the cashback deal - I sent in everything on time via Special Delivery on 1 Oct, over 45 days lapsed no response at all. Rang them (01732 765 427) and told to email, email and got electronic response. Read from other sites about them (too late), writing my Before Action Letter and if I don't see my cash will take them to small claims court (and will claim for my cashback, the very expensive postage, admin time and my lost earning for taking a day off).

Don't even touch them with a barge pole, there are loads of internet retailers out there that does genuine cash back deal.

Summary: They have no intention to pay you the cashback
