Totally agree with all other comments here (apart from one..). Appalling company, don't touch them with a bargepole. Non-existent rental refund, peremptory dismissal of my claim and only responds to letters - not emails. I am currently taking them to small claims court over non-payment of refunds. Do not use this company!!! Their cashback deal is non existent. It is now August and I am still waiting for my first casgback due in May. They do not respond to emails and the phone line is useless! I wish I had read other peoples warnings on review sites first!! If you want cashback do not use this rabble!

Do not buy from Phones2udirect!!!!!!!!! This company has not fulfilled their contract by not sending the free Xbox 360 which was part of the phone deal I purchased in December 2006. I have phoned (beware of the expensive 0870 number), emailed and written to no avail! They are a not a serious company and will let you down at some point.
