Piedog have definetly gone bust! My other half bought a guitar amp from them and paid for it, but it never materialised. Then he got a letter in the post with a number to contact. Then you get an email saying it's not in stock, but we'll order you one from our supplier. Then they take payment and tell you it will take a few weeks. When he contacted the solicitor dealing with it, they advised that if you bought with a credit card, you're covered and can get it back straight away by ... Read the complete review

Piedog.com has gone into administration. I know this because i've done work for them before and as a result , recieved a administration letter "To all known creditors" . The company is called Williams Music (Geo A. Willaims and Son Ltd) The Administrators are: KPMG LLP, 1 The Embankment, Neville Street, Leeds LS1 4DW. Tel: 0113 231 3000. You can try this number but don't hold out much hope in getting your money... :(

This is very upseting. I've paid 800 pounds for the goods at the end of January and never received them; when checking with Piedog I was promised to get them soon (as some of the goods were not in stock). I have paid by bank transfer so no luck there claiming money back. I've checked this store before ordering and can't believe how wrong all the information was about it. I'm now going absolutely crazy and have contacted customer direct in UK (as I live outside UK) and they advised me to write a letter to Piedog requesting them to send me the goods as the e-mails are now bouncing back. I don't see how writing a letter would help me to get money back or obtain goods ... Read the complete review

I am pretty sure that piedog.com have gone bust. I have placed and order and received confirmation of receipt but nothing further. emails bounce back, phone unanswered, website off air. For a company that had such good reviews this course of action (i.e. wall of silence) is not just killing them, its creating suspicion for all on-line music equipment stores / vendors. I would certainly hesitate from on-line buying now unless via an ebay store. Like the previous piedog.com reviewer, I am now unsure of whether I have lost out or not as it seems you are powerless to stop a switch transaction from your bank even though you can prove the on-line vendor is dodgy or ... Piedog was a site selling musical gear. I ordered three products from them about three weeks ago. Goods never arrived. I checked the site and it isn't loading. Found a number from another site and called that and no response. Piedog has gone bust. The dog has taken a bone and run with it. Order was for £139. I don't know if I ever will receive the goods. I may have protection with the credit card company so will get the money back. For those of us who ordered and never received we will have to live in uncertainty of whether the goods will arrive or not. Before going bust Piedog was OK. Prices were cheaper than town shops and range ... Read the complete review
