Advantages: Cheap, easy to navigate, free postage

Disadvantages: None!

I was looking online for a Yamaha Clavinova, when I came across this site. Piedog.com is a collaboration between Williams - a well known music shop, and a Japanese online company. This bodes well for a long lasting site.

When you arrive at Piedog.com you are welcomed to 'the ultimate store for musicians'. How appropriate this is! Piedog sells everything a musician could need, from musical instruments, through to accessories, and musically themed gifts. The site is easy to navigate - the home page contains a menu with a list of musical instrument groups - strings, woodwind, piano, keyboards and so on. In addition, a number of current special offers are listed. And these offers are special! The prices on piedog are great - under £20 for a box of ten saxophone reeds - savings of over 20% on Clavinovas, piano stools for under £150.

I phoned up piedog.com to ask them how long a particular special offer was going to last. They were helpful and well informed, and assured me the offer was going to be available for a while.

Piedog.com don't charge anything for postage and packing, so the price you see is the price you pay.

All in all, every musician should pay this site a visit - you may pay for it if you don't.

More info - means what model did yoo order/how long it took/what 'special offers' were on/etc.

I'd like to have been a fly on the wall when you had your tutorials (tutor desperately trying to get more werrk/detail out of yoo).

(Err- perhaps not ! The Entymology mob at Cambridge would have probaly caught me and I'd be stuck in a box with a pin up my jacksey if I had been there).

Sorry about the somewhat useful but I would have liked to see a bit more detail.
