Ordered a bed from pineonline and they delivered a different bed. It was also poorly packaged and arrived damaged. They insisted they had not sent the wrong bed as they only sold one pine four poster bed and asked if I was out to cause trouble as "people like you will find fault with anything". I emailed them photos of the bed asking for it to be collected and a refund given. They admitted it was different and referred it to the Director. We bought an Alladin triple sleeper for our flat in Beesands, South Devon. Bob, the delivery guy was wonderful and very helpful. He is also a brilliant driver in tackiling the single track country roads into Beesands - this was not an easy task! They also sent us a double upgraded mattress, for which we are grateful. The triple sleeper is wonderful, comfortable and suits our requirements perfectly. excellent product great service.

Just over 2 weeks ago I ordered a double pine bed from pineonline, and advised they didnt deliver it for 2 weeks as I was not due to move into the property rented before then. The bed was delivered 2 days later and the delivers did not listen to my request not to do so. I then cancelled the order and requested it was returned and a full refund given to me as soon as possible. I informed them that the owner of the property wanted to bed removed by friday 23rd May 2003 latest.
