I ordered a camera on 4/12 and this was dispatched to DHL.After waiting 5 days for my next day delivery I contacted Pixmania. They told me to confirm to them that I had not recieved this parcel and they would start an investigation but this would take 10 days before they could tell me any more. We are now at 16th dec and after many calls and wasted time I am no further forward as I have just been told that it will take a further 10days. Why ? just save the trouble and do not ask. This will now lead into the Christmas shutdown and into next year before any outcome is sought. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Save yourself the pain and read all the reviews on this shockingly bad company. I bought an HD camcorder and accessories bundle for my other half, it was a Christmas present for 2008 to record the first months of our new born babies life. It was only a cheapie (£155), but thought if it got some rough and tumble then it could be easily replaced. Ordered an expensive DSLR camera bundle from Pixmania in January. When confirming my details by phone I was told that the item was "In Stock". Went back to check and it was "Temporarily out of stock".

This status for my order has not changed since then (now March 27th) even though the same bundle is now "In Stock" at a considerably higher price than my order.

Customer Service has been of no help whatsoever, just constantly fobbing me off.

Do not use this company they are the worst company I have purchased from off the internet.

Brought a Samsung television during the first week of Christmas 2008, it stopped working within the first week. It is now the 16th February 2009, despite 10 phone calls, promises that I would recieve my refund in the next 1 to 2 days everytime I have called no monies returned. E mails sent are never responded to, you are unable to speak to a manager. You get very frustrated with their customer services who demonstrate a limited command of the English language. I am now having to go to my credit card company for help.

Do not be taken in by the so called cheap prices, they are to be avoided at all costs if you value your sanity.
