I bought a pair of Dect phones from their site. At the time of ordering I was unaware that they were being delivered from Spain (Maxmobil) which took 8 days to arrive. On arrival the chargers had EU type plugs (no mention of this on Pixmania website) so I bought 2 EU-UK adaptors off Amazon at a cost of £4-98. I had to cut the adaptors I bought to get the EU plug to fit in. After charging had finished the phones did not work so I enquired about returning them which I did at a cost of £6-40. why continue to use yodel? they are the most ineffecient parcel service ever. my step-daughter, after phoning to confirm on tuesday, has had a day off today-friday- but no lap-top. third time they've let her down. i can't ask her about the laptop as she hasn't got it yet. i've used you before so i bought it for her as a treat.

I recently purchased a tablet as a Fathers Day gift but decided to return it as the person for whom it was intended did not need it. Whilst the tablet arrived in good time one thing Pixmania don't tell you is that for a refund this item had to be returned by recorded delivery to FRANCE costing over £16.00. Not good customer service. Wouldn't order from them again in the future!

28th of May i order a product from "Pixmania Used" it was in stock and the order was processed and money taken. A mate has order two of the same product a few days ago and received them already. Checked my account and my order is still pending. Called them up and was told the product isnt in stock - well i know that as my mate got the last 2, i was told they must have ordered from a different supplier - they didnt. So Pix cant give me the product i wanted so i have requested the order to be cancelled as i couldnt do it through the webpage as it said the order was "dispatched" interesting..... Needed a replacement for my Canon IXUS 960IS which was ruined by a can of pop bursting inside the same bag. This Canon IXUS 115HS has a new feature which I wanted so it was easily the cheapest. Lots of hoops to go through to maintain the cheapest price but...Product came from Poland with German, Italian, Dutch and French instructions. Nothing in English. Whilst some of the pictures help, this kind of technical language needs English!
