Disadvantages: Hopeless Service
This is the worst company to deal with.
I paid £290 for a new Samsung Monitor on the basis of 15 day money back if not satisfied. They sent me a used, re-packaged monitor, and now they are giving me hell about a refund.
They have no interest whatsoever in their customer. Their customer service team answer in robotic fashion, and their processes appear to be designed to make it impossible for you to have any confidence in sending the goods back. (You are probably guaranteed that they will either not receive it back or to claim it came back damaged).
There should be some protection at point of sale for buyers to help them identify cowboys, crooks and cheats. Maybe the card companies could consider this and enter how many complaints they'd received.
I wish I had read reviews before buying.
On top of everything else, they are bombarding me, (and i mean bombarding) with emails about new offers etc. Talk about Junk Mail!!
I have now asked my card company for a refund.
Summary: Avoid like the plague
