Visiting from South Africa and wanted to replace an iPod that we "lost". Pixmania had the best price. Credit card purchase was no problem and delivery was within an acceptable timeframe (5 working days from order) without any frills.

Excellent purchase and value, it's a shame the package was not addressed properly by Pixmania and I didn't get it on time even after countless phone calls to the very poor courier company used, (YODEL).
Hence I would be very loath to order from Pixmania again.

I used Pixmania.com for couple of years now and always have been happy with their prices and customer services - in the shop and online too. I just wasn't happy the last time with the delivery company they are using - YODEL. They don't do deliveries in the weekends, the customer support wasn't really friendly on the phone and on the note
