Advantages: Reliable, efficient, good prices

Disadvantages: Items come from Jersey so take a couple of days longer to arrive

I have ordered hundreds of items (games, books, DVDs & CDs) from Play over the years and I've never had any cause for complaint.
They have some of the best prices around, with free delivery (none of that messing about that Amazon have about minimum order prices.)
They have regular sales with items drastically reduced (always worth checking from time to time to see what bargains they are doing.)
Each item is securely and individually packed (so unless it's large, it'll easily fit through your letterbox.)
The few occasions I've had to return damaged items (usually DVDs which came loose and got scratched in transit) it was a doddle. You don't have to call up for return numbers or anything, you can do it all from the website.
The website is well designed, easily navigable and not cluttered. The only thing they're missing are user reviews, but you can always check Amazon for that (while you're comparing prices.)
Generally even if I can get something a couple of pence cheaper on Amazon I prefer to get it from Play, it's quicker and easier to order and their packaging is better.
The only downside with Play - if you're impatient - is that it takes 2-3 days longer to receive things, because they come in from Jersey. But because everything is shipped separately, you don't have to wait for the rest of your order to arrive, if one item is unavailable.
Play are a prime example of an online seller doing it right and I'm happy to keep buying from them.
