I have used play247 for quite some time now and have found them to be the place to beat on price. They offer both R1 and R2 DVDs - the R2 are nearly always the best price you can get - and more recently they have started selling CDs at very low prices. As they are based in Jersey, you usually have to allow up the 5 days for delivery but that has never been a problem for me. There is no loyalty scheme but with these prices you don't really need one. All items are shipped free of charge. On only one occasion did I need to return a disc and they promptly replaced it and refunded the cost of the return postage. An excellent site.
