Advantages: cheap, no added delivery charges

Disadvantages: none I can think of

I've been using play.com as my first choice shop for cds, dvds, games and so much more for the last 5 years at least.

One of the absolute best things about the website is the fact that all of their prices (which are remarkbley cheap!) include postage costs, which means that the price you see is the price you pay. This makes a huge difference to somewhere like amazon, when you have to either add on delivery or find something to take you over the limit for free delivery.

And this doesn't mean that play is more expensive than other sites - it often comes up cheaper! And the selection is pretty good.

I've never had a problem ordering from play.com, but obviously one should never say never! Everything I have ever ordered turned up in good time and well packaged. I do get quite a lot of emails from them - especially when I don't have any money, but that isn't their fault!

In conclusion, they will certainly remain my first choice for entertainment purchases!
