Advantages: Great prices, huge range

This is the website i buy all my dvds from & also bought some electrical goods from as it's all such good value. The standard delivery they say is between 3-5 working days but i have acutally received some things that i've ordered within 48 hours which is excellent considering that delivery on everything is free.

Play.com also do second hand items which i think is good too, so it almost becomes a bit like ebay where you can buy things that people want to sell & can rate their service accordingly.

The website is set out very well its extremely easy to navigate & even if you're a first time user of the website it won't take you but 5 minutes to familiarise yourself with how everything works. On the top you have the search box with a drop down box so you can pick your catagory for a more advanced search. On the top right is where you can log into your account which is done simply by entering your email address & password, this takes you to your account page where you can check the status or any orders you may have placed. You also have your shopping basket in the top right corner so you can see how many items you've purchased so far & the price they come to. On the left column is where you can search genres of music, dvds etc. You can look through chart music or films & also look through the best sellers list. When you choose which item you would like to either buy or look at it will show you a quick synopsis of what the item is either about or what it includes. Underneath you will find reviews of what people thought of it & then you will find the cast list (if it's a film), the year it came out & who directed it.

In my opinion play.com is the leading internet store, it sells everything you could imagine, everything has free delivery, the prices are great, the deliveries either come on time or a bit before & everything i have ordered has come in mint condition.
