Play.com is one of the best online shopping sites. Based in Jersey and founded in 1998 its just behing Amazon in the popularity stakes for online shopping. It used to sell just DVD's, CD's and Games. But it now sells clothes, books, electronics including TV's, digital cameras, mobiles phones and loads more. With approximately 5million items for sale, you name it Play's definately got it.

The website is easy to navigate and very user friendly. There's a large search bar at the top of the home page, and tabs across the top of the page to the various areas of the website, i.e DVD's, Games, Clothing etc.
It's so easy to get around, there are various offers etc down the sides of every page on the website, promoting 50% off DVD's for example, or 2 for £10 etc.

The good thing about Play.com is that there's always a sale on various items and products so you're always guarenteed a bargain.

I've been a registered customer for over 3 years now, and purchase a few things throughout the year but mainly do my shopping around Christmas time as I tend to buy alot of DVDs, Games and Clothes.
I love the fact that its so simple to shop on the site theres no stress, and paying for your items is so easy. Once you've registered with them your details stay on the site which is secure and safe. With over 7 million registered customers, it can't be bad.

- DVD's -
From normal DVD's, HD and Blue Ray, there's thousands to choose from. The usual Genre's like Horror, Action, Comedy etc then there's specific sections for various DVD's. There's a designated Disney area of the website which has every Disney DVD released, TV which includes all the boxsets of TV shows that have come to DVD, theres hundreds of boxsets and they're all at reasonable prices. I could go on all day stating all the types of DVD's they've got so its better to just have a look yourself. :)

- Music -
Everything from new releases, all the artists in the charts at the moment, and basically every genre of music, from Classical, Country to Rock, Metal, Rap and Dance, as I've stated so many times now, there's something for everyone.

- Clothing -
From popular clothing brands like Animal, Atticus, Bench, Ben Sherman, Quicksilver, Famous Stars & Straps, Fenchurch and loads more. There's also hundreds of band t-shirts, and TV/Movie merch. They're all at affordable prices. They sometimes have offers on for some t-shirts like 2 for £20 etc so keep your eye out for that. I've ordered a few band t-shirts and a Heroes hoodie from the site all of which were good quality and the prints were great. I got my hoodie about 6 months ago and it still hasn't faded or anything, I bought it for £15 which was an absolute bargain seeings though other online stores wanted like £30 for a Heroes hoodie similar to the one I bought.

- Electronics -

Has everything from Games consoles, to Digital Cameras, TV's etc. I cannot comment on anything from this section as I havn't purchased from there, but the range of products I've seen is awesome.

-Postage & Delivery-

The best thing about Play.com is postage is Free on everything! Not only in this country, but they do provide free delivery on most products to countries outside of the UK.
Delivery is usually within 3-5 days and they notify you when your order is being processed and dispatched. The communication is great.
Everything comes well packaged, DVD's/Games/CD's in hard cardboard and posters come in the proper poster tubes. Clothes are sent in sealed plastic packaging and then sealed inside a jiffy bag to ensure they get to you in perfect wearable condition. Your invoice is sent to you via email and one is also included inside your packages.

I'd recommend the site to everyone, its got everything you can think of, with all the new releases in movies, music and gaming, aswell as new seasons of clothing and all the gadgets and electronics you can think of.
Overall the site is full of absolutely everything you could think of, I think everybody's been on Play.com or ordered something from there, If not then I'd recommend you do so. Bargains to be found and really good prices otherwise the variety of products etc is fantastic.

The service I received was fantastic, quick delivery even around Christmas time I received my goods within a week of ordering them. I cannot comment on their returns policy etc as I've never had to personally return anything, but with the level of great service you get with everything else I'm sure returns would be just as good.
