Play.com has taken the internet shopping community by storm, with its great product range, its fast shipping, and ultimately its unbeatable price!

It sells a range of goods, namely media: Books, DVDS, games, CDS, and now has an electronics section, t shirts and gadgets and other toys!

The website is easy to remember, and easy to navigate with bright coloured sidebars, tabs, and headings. it is extremely easy to find what you are looking for with its search button.

Once you have located your product, the checkout process is even easier! Making a new account and inserting your details is made easy with its help on the side and telling you what to put where! And its as simple as 1-2-3 because once you've done it once, you don't need to do it again, and everytime you buy something, you just need to enter your username and password and confirm your order!

Personally, i've had a great experience with play.com, with items being up to £5 cheaper than instore and RRp, aswell as delivered early on release! I've never had any problems, so i have not had to contact customer service, but they send you emails to let you know when the item has been dispatched and when they take money, sending confirmations and so on!

I wish they have a giftcard system or a way to collect points upon shopping!
