Secure service from play (Play.com)

Advantages: free delivery on everthing direct, bargains can be had

Disadvantages: delivery times are getting worse

i have been using play.com for a few years, and like a few others have mentioned, i have noticed a decline in the service they offer lately, i think this is probably down to the fact that they have attracted soo many new users in recent months and are beginning to get a little strained. i will state that i have never had a problem with anything that i have ordered from them, and all my payments etc, have been secure and again ive not had an issue. the items i have bought have varied but i will usually use them for games (various consoles) and dvd or blu rays. i did purchase a 32in flat screen off of them and saved nearly £550 so bargains can still be had, as that tv is back on there listed at £200 more than i paid now. the best thing to do, i find, is to compare play.com and amazon for prices as you can now buy clothes, dvd's, tv's, electricals and all sorts from both. just bear in mind that delivery is free on everything from play.com but not from their playtrade sellers (independant traders that sell through plays website). so when making any comparison note the delivery cost from amazon (unless you upgrade to amazon prime)

Summary: a great go to site for films and games, and no payment problems
