Advantages: Easy to use, lots to choose from

Play.com- Online suppliers of DVD's, CD's, Computer Games, Electricals, Mobile, Gadget, Toys, Books and more. Yoy have to sign up to buy items and then you can pay using credit/debit card plus free delivery.

Pros - I have used play.com for a few years now and in that time I can honestly say I have had no problem whatsoever with any of my purchases. Pictures of each item are clearly shown with clear descriptions of the item and there are also sometimes reviews of the items - and we know how important they are right! The price and the actual RRP are also shown which is helpful so you can see how much of a saving you are making. Each section is clearly marked with tabs shown at the top of the page and it is easy to navigate yourself around the site with a search bar to look for specific items.

I have only had to use their customer services on one occasion on a mistake made by myself with an address to send to which resulted in me not receiving my item which then got sent back to them, they happily re-delivered the item to me with no problems.

Items are always well packaged and delivery normally arrives with you within a week.

Cons - It is always best to shop around for items wherever you are buying from and although I have found there prices for DVD's and CD's to be very good, with toys and gadgets it is always best to look around if you are keen on making a saving even if its just acouple fo ££.

The only other thing i can think of is even items that are sent at the same time are packaged seperately, surely it would save time/money and waste for them to be sent together.

Overall only 2 bad comments to make on this site but otherwise i would have no problem recommending Play.com to anyone.
