The website is very easy to use and has a search facility, which allows the user to search through the database for an exact product, which makes it much easier. The website is also good to look at it, as it's not cluttered with images, movies and advertising.

Play.com offers a wide range of products, which seems to be growing day-by-day as they open up the market with more types of products. The company offer very competitive prices, and are often found to be the cheapest and most reliable online shop with a big reputation. The delivery from play.com is excellent, as the company offers every customer free delivery within the UK & Ireland, no matter the price. Delivery times usually take 3-5 working days, but this is all subject to how quick the warehouse dispatches the product and then it's down to your post.

Play.com also have many different offers on at one time, which range from buying dvd's at a bargain price, and discounts on clothing items.

Play have also improved over the past few years with the introduction of playtrade, which is their equivalent of the Amazon Marketplace. It allows users to list their items for sale, and recoup some of the money they have spent on their goods. This is a very nice addition because it's handy for everyone to use to get rid of unwanted items. Play have also started selling event tickets, and computing items in the past few months, which has established the company as one of the biggest online stores in the World.

If you need to contact play.com then the helpdesk is very helpful and polite, they'll respond to emails within 24 hours of receiving them. They also remain helpful and polite, even if you need to return and receive a refund for a product that you've purchased through the site.
