I am a Twilight Saga fan, so when I found the Twilight Guide Book on play.com, I got a friend to buy it for me.I have always been VERY, VERY careful about books: I have them in bags, surrounded by towels. And this book was exstra speciel, so it was being totally protected. I haven't got to look so much in it, before yesterday.The things wrong with the book was:The paper that is around my book, was broken. It COULD be used, but I thought it looked.. Not good..There are pages where the text is tottale smothered and it is poorly made, double printed=unreadable.There is placess were the pages are like.. glued togehter!AND, THERE WHERE A PAGE, WHICH IS HALF TORN APART!I haven't looked further into it, because I was so furious!Please, DON'T buy from Play.com. It's a waste.

Awful company not to mention rude, patronising customer service. PLAY.COM combined the first line of my billing address with my delivery address postcode when they sent out my item which meant I never received product. Then after many phone calls I was told another item would be on its way; after two more weeks of waiting for a replacement I called up and was told they no longer stock the item and I will have to accept a refund. They made no attempt to tell me the item was out of stock or that they couldn't send a replacement but were happy to hold on to my money for weeks. To top it all off the customer service team were VERY patronising and rude; they made no attempt to apologise and did not feel they were in the wrong. Never using play.com again; cheap prices, cheap service.

Play.com is a good site for purchasing games and DVDs and has the occasional offer on books which can make them cheaper than elsewhere. I have actually purchased over 50 times from Play so feel I know the site pretty well.
