I have been shopping with QVC.UK now for over 5 years. Living in Spain, even near Gibraltar, it is hard to get some tried and trusted cosmetics, household goods, clothes, shoes, gardening items, household linen - the list is endless! but, as long as it is not too heavy, or a fresh product (i.e. fresh plants and bulbs which I only wish I could order!) or foodstuffs, you can get it at QVC.UK and they will send to Spain.

As a "shopping chanel" they are on 24 hours per day, although repeats are show from 02.00hrs to 08.00 hrs, 364 days of the year. I am addicted to their beauty and fashion, and have a lot of their jewellery. Price wise I think they are exceptional. Being able to buy in bulk they also have channels in Germany, US and Japan) means that they obtain great deals direct from suppliers. Products are often offered on one to a maximum of four payments, all interest free, and all you need is a credit card. They also accept cheques.
At midnight each day they introduce a "Today´s special value" which can be anything from a set of knives to a Tanzanite AAA ring at a special price held for 24 hours - or until stocks run out ! and they do, some items have only lasted minutes i.e. jewellery items from Butler and Wilson. They have great presenters who explain and demonstrate all the products which come from all over the world and have to pass very vigorous testing before getting to air. Their experts, such as Alison for Beauty, or Richard Jackson for Gardening really know their stuff and offer unbiased and helpful advice. Beware though, it can be addictive - I have so many OPI nailpolishes and a wardrobe stuffed with lovely clothes.

I consider them to be the best Shopping Channel in the U.K., you can free phone your order in, use your computer, mobile or the red button if you have a Sky system. If you wish to return an item (pierced earrings, cosmetics and skincare included!) you recieve a 30 day no quibble money back guarantee, which, over Xmas, is extended just in case you buy a present which somebody does not like.
Their call centre is in Liverpool and their staff exceptional and whenever I have telephoned with a problem (and there is not that many) they have been polite and helpful, and, most importantly SOLVED the problem there and then.

Items arrive quickly, even in Spain I recieve jewellery within a few days, and other products usually within 7-10 days.
I cannot recommend this Company highly enough and would urge anyone to check out this channel and their website QVC.UK - you will be amazed at the range of products you find, and don´t forget to check out the Clearance and Last Clicks offers sections.
