Many people have been thinking more and more about the quality of the food, and especially the meat, they eat. Organic, free range, non-GM are qualities that are becoming more important to many customers, including me. We stopped buying pork, and then beef, several years ago because of worries about animal welfare and our own health. I wasn’t aware at the time of any way of finding meat I was happy with.
