Savastore is a company owned by Watford Electronics which was started in attic 35 years ago. Then the company sold electronic parts now it has moved into selling IT hardware.

In 1996 website was opened by the company and few years later retail name was changed to savastore. The name is catchy however the service is terrible.

I ordered from them 4 weeks ago. Order took a week to come when 3 days were promised and I had delivery charge.

What I am not happy about is money was taken out of the account twice. I know I will get the money back. however it has been three weeks since they took the money out and although I've been promised the money is not returned to the account.

This is not what the man who started the company in his house in 1972 had in mind. Back then the service must have been good for the company to expand.

Prices of savastore are same as any other retailer selling on the internet, I have bought from several companies in the past. They all have same business model. When things go wrong it takes long time to sort out the problems.

The internet store is impressive. Thousands of items are on sale. The payment method is secure, various payment methods are adopted by the company and if things don't go wrong it is an acceptable company to do business with, however sometime errors are made and I suppose I will get an apology at some point and of course the money, asking for interest probably is too much.
