I've never used savapoint before, but I am now glad I did. Not only did my product code arrived via email quickly and fast, the price is also outstanding. I will highly recommend savapoint. Will definitely buy from them again.

I ordered McAfee Internet Security 2011 (3 user edition) because their price looked competitive. However, the product I was sent was not the 2011 edition I had ordered but the 2009 edition. Not only that but I was charged the price for the 2011 edition which was £3 more. I emailed them but they did not reply to my email - I was just sent an acknowledgement. Finally I decided to give it a go and try to install it anyway. Surprise, surprise it was not compatible with my PC despite the advert on their website saying that it worked with Windows 7 - so now I'm going to have to order it again from somewhere else - probably Amazon. I've learnt my lesson so take heed - be warned. Their prices are cheap for a reason!

Ok 1: they will debit ur account you will not get a conformation.2: mention tradin standards or your bank and they will stop your product being shipped.3: phone your bank wait 28 days and you can get the payment returned due to failure of the product to arrive (it will not cost you).4: a company where the online and telephone customer service can NOT communicate without a 2-4 days delay. you will NOT get a delivery date.5: they are entertaining and asinine.6: DO NOT BE THEIR NEXT VICTIMif you want a product go to a shop or amazon. for a few £1 you get a servicehttp://www.facebook.com/group.php?gid=285888603713&ref=nf

I ordered some items from this shop on 2nd of april. Today we are 17th and still received nothing. On their website its written that delivery takes max 14 days, I wait 17! I called them today and they said they will send my order tomorrow! Why tomorrow! I paid on 2nd april! They didn't even apologize and were acting like nothing happened, like it was normal! Very bad shop. AVOID.

This company is appalling - do not buy things from them. After ordering something and them taking payment I am still waiting three months later for the product. They claim that my bank had not authorised payment despite payment going out on the day of order and the bank providing authorisation codes to prove so. I phone them daily and await their promised reply which I never receive - the customer services is the worst of any company that I have ever dealt with.

Savapoint were OK until I had aproblem item, then the service was worse than useless.

Bad customer service, e-mails not replied to,long delivery timescales not advertised on website,the list is endless1 star added because I have todo not buy from this site - you have been warned

I placed an order with Savapoint on 5-6-07 for a set of ink cartridges for my Epson printer. They were delivered to me a full 55 days later!! All of my e-mails were ignored. Really awful company. matter of non delivery now in the hands of my solicitor. Unable to communicate with their customers, and no-one 'in charge' to complain to. Dont shop there - you will regret it.

Savastore is a company owned by Watford Electronics which was started in attic 35 years ago. Then the company sold electronic parts now it has moved into selling IT hardware. I ordered 3 ink cartridges from savapoint in Sept 2006,2 arrived Dec the 16th, They are totally incompetant, hopless service.I had to contact them by phone and was held on the line for over 30 mins, and still nothing was resolved.Most of the staff cannot speak English which is very worrying considering the volume of business they receive.

Sells cheap unbranded goods that have no support. If they don't work you are asked to send back for 'assesment' - they promise to reimburse up to £5 of return postage.
