I always tend to feel guilty about buying make-up often due to the cost of individual items. However they do tend to last a while so cost kind of balances itself out often due to the fact you really only need to buy the odd thing from time to time. I found the following website due to the recommendation of a friend and I would certainly advise others to take a look at the items on offer as you can buy brand name make-up products and accessories for a fraction of the cost that you would normally pay at high street stores. The website is called www.saveonmakeup.co.uk I have saved a fortune here and will be buying more from them in the future. The homepage is ... Read the complete review

I wasn't as impressed with saveonmakeup.co.uk as I might have hoped, although there's no disputing it is cheap! Despite being cheap a lot of the brands appear to be cheaper brands which I have never heard of so in reality, although you may only pay £2 per mascara ect. It probably isn't the same quality you'd expect from other brands. Probably the most well known brand featured on the site is Elizabeth Arden , but that isn't a brand I would personally use by choice. The site is plain looking and could be quite difficult to navigate around if you don't manage to work it out, you generally have to click the back button on your browser a lot. Postage ... I use a variety of online stores to purchase my cosmetics and skincare products and saveonmakeup.co.uk is one I've used a few times in the past. It's quite a well known site and most of my friends have at times also purchased goods there. Saveonmakeup (SOMU) stock many different brands, from Elizabeth Arden, Gale Hayman, Revlon, Maybelline, Rimmel, L'Oreal, Urban Decay, Covergirl, Roc (sometimes), Clinique, Estee Lauder and loads more, and some more obscure brands I've never heard of such as Go and Laval, and then there's the very cheap W7 and Gallery. There really is a wide variety of brands. I have found though sometimes there is only a couple ... Read the complete review

This site is very cheap for top brands of makeup. It sells brands like max Factor, Revlon, Gayle Hayman, Maybelline and many others. There is a bargain basement section where you can buy oddments from all the major manufacturers and this can save you a fortune. The products on offer here vary every few days. I bought the following from this bargain section: Elizabeth Arden Skin Brightener. Retail price £12.50 Cost 0.99p Revlon Lipstick Retail price £6.00 Cost 0.99p Revlon Blusher Retail price £4.00 Cost 0.49p Revlon ... Read the complete review

I came across this site after buying my mum's birthday present. It was a completly unrelated site but because I needed to use WorldPay to enter my Solo card details, I was then taken to a page where I could browse all the shops that WorldPay were used in.... literally thousands! So where does a girl start when faced with an endless list of shops and a debit card in her hand.... MAKE UP! I visited the site quite a few times before I actually made a purchase. I wasn't quite sure of the site since I had never heard of it before but looking through the range of items at discound prices... I couldn't really go wrong. On my last make up shopping trip, I forgot ... Read the complete review
