Outstanding service! Had a PowerDaw+ Audio Creation 3XS system built by these guys and could not fault them at all!
They kept me informed from start to finish! Friendly service, as if I actually knew these guys for years!
The unit was built to top, high class standard and packaged so well, it took me half a day just to get the goods out of the box!

Looking for a PC with exactly what YOU want? Look no further than 3XS Scan.co.uk I needed to upgrade my PC and have been looking at other stores to see what was available. Some had the right CPU but wrong Graphics Card. Some had the right Graphics but pitiful amount of RAM. Then I came accross Scan.co.uk -Custom Built PCs- it said. So had a look. I wanted an Quad Core i7, loads of RAM a Hot Graphics Card and a Mega Sound Card. Scan allowed me to choose exactly what I wanted and gave me a top competitive rate. I recently used Scan to purchase a number of items for a new pc build. Having shopped around a fair few other online retailers (Novatech, Ebuyer et al) I found Scan's prices to be the cheapest 9 times out of time. Their web site is easy to use, with items easily found under different categories, and the information on each product was precise and in depth. The site also said if the item was in stock and each item is rated on a scale of 1 to 3 stars. 1 Star being a basic product, 2 being a mid range product and 3 being a top of the range product. Seamless ordering process. Once ordered was helpfully asked how I would like PC to be set up, then kept informed of each stage of the pc build. I found the entire process very slick, and with a great product at the end. Product arrived with very clear instructions on how to set up. Excellently packed with all internal components supported by anti-static bubble wrap. One thing I did find surprising was the amount of extra bits & pieces that came with the pc. Most companies would just ship the pc, but scan sent every part that was left over, including the original fans which I upgraded. Usually the first stop for Computer Equipment as their prices are competitive and the site is quite well laid out, apart from the Orders/RMA information. The login is quite lengthy whenever you need to access your information and the for RMA (Returns Procedure) you need to go to yet another screen. Surely this could be combined ! Unfortunately when it comes to getting refunds this is where they fail...the wait can be anything up to 3 weeks....totally unnaceptable and I would be reluctant to use them again due to this.
