I recently gave my computer a long overdue upgrade. Scan had almost every item that I wanted as ex.stock items. They were competitively priced as well. Ordered in two lots they both arrived next day.They also offer Scansure insurance to cover while you are installing the items. I managed to ruin the processer socket on the motherboard. On contacting Scan I immediately received the RMA number without hesitation. There was no quibbling. The replacement was despatched the same day that they received my returned item. You cannot get better service than that.Well done them.

The delivery service was exceedingly prompt and the price was very reasonable. I bought a CPU and motherboard unfortunately the motherboard or the CPU was faulty. I realise that this is not the fault of Scan computers. I have built numerous computers in the past, putting together a motherboard + CPU + memory is normally not a problem for me. My monitor didn't come with a UK mains cable so they shipped one to me in a couple of days. Also one of my case fans was faulty so they sent another to me. Very impressed with the customer service. The Scan sure insurance they offer is also a very good idea! The prices they offer are in most cases better than other websites as well, if not very competitive. The courier they use is also fantastic, they let you know which hour the parcel will arrive in and give the option to change dates. The navigation on the website can be a little tricky to start off with but it's not really a problem. Overall, I'm very impressed and will return here when I need more electronic goods.

I've ordered from Scan since 2000 mainly optical drives and external hard drives, Scan always deliver on time and very competitively bundled with great pre & after sales service.Only 1 product I ordered them had to be return an Ibm microdrive which was not their faulty but of the manufacturer.The P&P of orders is very good and they offer finance and insurance depending upon value of Order.All the goods are genuine articles, i.e., no gray goods or goods from sellers sold from abroad.Prices are good, good tracking of when ordering on-line and also if you live local you can order a bit before and collect your goods within 1/2 hour.Speed of transaction is good and also Scan gives regular updates through the progress of item from actual ordering, picking, dispatch and also order tracking.

There's a reason I continually use scan for my orders - normally, when you order on-line the least you can expect is for the product to eventually arrive and it most cases, that's also the most you can expect! With Scan, my order's have never been late. You get to pick the date and they send emails at every step to keep you fully updated.
