Advantages: Slightly cheaper than other companies

Disadvantages: Refunds needed ? Not worth the hassle !

Usually the first stop for Computer Equipment as their prices are competitive and the site is quite well laid out, apart from the Orders/RMA information. The login is quite lengthy whenever you need to access your information and the for RMA (Returns Procedure) you need to go to yet another screen. Surely this could be combined !

Unfortunately when it comes to getting refunds this is where they fail...the wait can be anything up to 3 weeks....totally unnaceptable and I would be reluctant to use them again due to this. Also not enough is done to inspect good before they are sent out. I received one item which was clearly damaged before being sent out. Another failed within 7 days and they were unable to supply a replacement immediately...I had to purchase from another vendor while waiting 3 weeks for the refund.

Would I use them again...well NO...they would not be my first choice! For the sake of saving a few pounds I can do without the multiple phone calls and emails chasing them for my money. There are other companies who may be slightly more expensive but you can be guaranteed a smoother, friendlier shopping experience.

Summary: Pretty poor service when something goes wrong.
