Seamless ordering process. Once ordered was helpfully asked how I would like PC to be set up, then kept informed of each stage of the pc build. I found the entire process very slick, and with a great product at the end. Product arrived with very clear instructions on how to set up. Excellently packed with all internal components supported by anti-static bubble wrap. One thing I did find surprising was the amount of extra bits & pieces that came with the pc. Most companies would just ship the pc, but scan sent every part that was left over, including the original fans which I upgraded. I thought this was a nice touch and these parts are always handy to have spare at a later date. In all a great experience and highly recommended and I will definetely be shopping with them again in the very near future for any additional needs.
