Outstanding service! Had a PowerDaw+ Audio Creation 3XS system built by these guys and could not fault them at all!
They kept me informed from start to finish! Friendly service, as if I actually knew these guys for years!
The unit was built to top, high class standard and packaged so well, it took me half a day just to get the goods out of the box!

Usually the first stop for Computer Equipment as their prices are competitive and the site is quite well laid out, apart from the Orders/RMA information. The login is quite lengthy whenever you need to access your information and the for RMA (Returns Procedure) you need to go to yet another screen. I recently had to return a product purchased from Scan with a very obscure fault. To their credit, Scan replaced the product under warranty despite not being able to identify the fault themselves. I received a pack of 50 ordinary CDRs instead of ink-jet printable ones. I phoned up, they looked in to it and responded the same day - they had been sent a mixed batch from their supplier, some correct and some not so it was a genuine mistake. I received the replacements the next day and they said I could keep the others as it wasn't worth the cost of returning them. I am so impressed by their swift and courteous service!

After my computer crashed, I realized I needed backup. I was recommended the Maxtor from Scan.co.uk.

Received in The Highlands Wednesday lunchtime
Working Wednesday afternoon.

i have been buying from scan.co.uk for over a year now, and i must say, the service is fantastic, the prices are unbelieveable sometimes and the delivery service is brilliant, its an absolute pleasure going on their web site, everything is set out so well and its easy to navigate around, well done scan.

Probably the best e-tailer for computer components in the UK. Delivery is really quick, prices are very competitive and customer service/technical support aer always quick to respond. Fully recommend Scan. Top notch!!!

I recently purchased a custom built pc from Scan. I was a little nervous about spending so much money on a pc but now that I have it I'm glad I chose Scan. From the the point of sale until delivery, they were totally professional. Their online tracking system lets you check up on how far along your system is and also when it has been through quality control they post 3dmark06 scores. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I am very pleased with scan, on a previous order, there was a mistake in stock availability, so I had cancelled the order. Now, much later on, I have decided to purchase the Nvidia Graphics card. Forget it. Ordered parts for next day before 1pm delivery, failed to appear. Apparently they operate a system where the delivery clock only starts ticking once the order is picked and packed - not how most of us would readily understand such an arrangement.
