Well I discovered Sephora a couple of years ago whilst staying in New York. I loved it! It's girl heaven! Sephora stocks cosmetics, toiletries, beauty supplies, skincare just about everything a girl needs to pamper herself.
Online, the selection of products is great and availability is almost always at an optimum as a lot of things sell out in stores.
I really like that they give you freebies with the Insider reward card and that sometimes you get sneak peeks at products/ collections just for being an Insider.
Sephora and american drugstores are always my first port of call for any beauty supplies, so I can vouch that Sephora is a reputable, reliable retailer.
Spehora stocks excellent 'value packs'- these are skincare/ beauty collections which are priced at considerably less than it would cost you to buy the items seperately- and I have found a lot of great deals this way. Also, another absoloutely genius service they offer is the return policy- even if you don't have the receipt and are disappointed with make up/ skincare/ anything they refund you either how you originally paid or onto a gift card- I thought this was brilliant and this is one of the main reasons I trust Sephora so much- if anything goes wrong, I know I have recourse.

Summary: Must visit for every girl (or guy even!)
