My best friend had a birthday recenty and since I was out of town I decided to order flowers from Serenata for her since I thought it would be a really nice detail. It was the first time I ordered flowers from them and I must say I was very pleased with their service, their punctuality and their customer service. They have a lot of nice options and it is easy to browse through their website. I finally ended up picking a pink lilly bouquet and the flowers she got were just lovely. Also they are very customer friendly, first I thought of sending the flowers at home but then I figured it would be nicer to surprise at work so I contacted them to make a change in the address and they were very helpful. The flowers arrived on time and it was a very nice surprise for her. I will definitely be using their services again.
