Simply Food has been constructed by no less than the giant Carlton Food Network - on the well respected TV channel devoted entirely to the various delights of food and drink. ( not necessarily in that order :- )

There's an incredibly good amount of content on this site, covering just about every food related subject or issue you can think of.

There are sections covering - Recipes, Wine, Restaurants, Entertaining, Organics, and last but not least - Shopping.

For instance, clicking on the ‘ recipes ' database allows you to type in the ingredients you've actually got to hand at the present moment, and provides an appropriate offering using your named ingredients.

In addition, in this section there are also headings for -A Recipe search, Recipe ideas and Recipe FAQ’s(Frequently asked Questions)

Clicking on the ‘Wine’ heading ( one of my personal favourites ) gives you access to such goodies as :.....
All about wine, Top 10 wines, Combining wine and food- and Wine FAQ’s.

There are also specially devoted sections for vegetarians and those interested in organic food, and I and my better half who must be obeyed, have found the ‘Diet section‘ to be of particular interest.
