Slapiton is an online store and shop based in Nottingham that offers fragrances cosmetics and skincare for excellent prices. The store is simple to use and offers great value for money and free postage.

Positives: - Excellent range of products with good value for money - Cashback offered through topcashback - Some fragrances you may not have seen in highstreet stores - Fragrances from all of the major luxury brands in the marketplace - Quick delivery times - Easy to use site - Well designed website that looks good- Products are beautiful and with seals not testers or unfoiled - Samples were included.

Negatives: - Not a great range of skincare - Delivery took 5 days.

Found slapiton a few years ago when looking for Samsara pure perfume for my mum. Its her all time favourite and believe me it's pretty hard to find as a pure perfume! Xmas perfume shopping has now become a breeze when it used to be a nightmare, especially as I have been constantly told its no longer available by the women at larger high street perfume outlets. Whats more I can also stock up on my fudge hair shaper at a great price, delivery is free and I get cah back from topcashback.

I found Slapiton whilst searching for my mums favourite perfume Arpege. Arpege perfume is a really old fragrance but absolutely lovely with rich powdery tones that my mum loves. I am a new customer to Slapiton and found their items on Froogle. They sell fragrances, cosmetics and some lovely home goods.

I received my order 24 hours after ordering and it was well packaged with lots of freebies! I am so pleased with their prompt service. I am so pleased with my products and their good value and I shall definately be ordering more products from them in the future, keep up the good work!

Highly Recommended! Order regularly from here and takes anywhere from 24hours to 7 days to arrive. Also go into their shop quite a bit as I travel up and down the A1 for my job and always felt comfortable and really welcome! I STRONGLY, yes STRONGLY recommend that YOU DO NOT use this company.
I ordered at the beginning of July. There was no indication whatsoever that the item was not in stock and I only found out it was not in stock when it wasn't delivered within any sort of reasonable timescale. Email to customer services brought a response that they were getting a delivery that week. That was 3 weeks ago. I have had no response to a further 3 emails and it is now 11th August. They took money from my bank account a week ago and still no delivery. Don't bother trying to call them, they never answer the telephone. Slapiton? more like Slapstick.

I have been using this company for years, literally for around 5 years and have found them to be really good. Most of the time orders are delivered within 3 days but occasionally, as with everything, they have delivered in around 7 but this was Christmas so it was to be expected. Received excellent service once more from slapiton.

My first order was received in 3 days and I wasnt debited for 1 month! The second order I received took just 24 hours and was bursting with samples.

They seem to stock a wide range of unusual fragrances and I can get all the old classics that have disappeared from the department store shelves.

Well done Slapiton!

I have only had one other internet shopping experience that comes anywhere close to the appalling customer service and lack of communication as I have received from Slapiton. I ordered in late February and find myself in a similar position to many other reviewers on this site. No goods, money debited, no communications. I really can't think that the positive reviewers on the site were dealing with the same company! It is particularly poor that they blame Royal Mail, perhaps not realising that that company keeps records of failed deliveries that their customers can ask to see. In my case no records at all of any delivery to my address during the claimed delivery period. That is really shameful.
I would like to award zero stars but the system precludes that option so it is a very grudging one star for slaption.

Great prices and good service. Ordered on Monday, received on Wednesday.

Well packaged and stuffed full of samples, which for a beauty addict like myself is an absolute paradise.

Will certainly order again.

1 month later and no delivery of my order. 8 emails and no reply. Phoned 10 times and each time I get a recorded message telling me that they are open mon - fri 10 - 4. No facility to leave a message.

I am not taking the matter up with Trading Standards.

Hopeless.

Items arrived in 48 hours. Large range of items available. Most are at least 5% under what some department stores charge but they seem to stock all the lines not just a select few bits.

Visited their shop this weekend and it was a lovely experience. Really nice staff who really know their stuff and sorted me out for valentines. Gift wrap was lovely and samples appreciated

Good service and better prices than the highstreet. Bought a set of limited edition nail varnishes from OPI. Arrived quickly in immaculate condition with a nice collection of samples.

Enjoyable experience - all the trimings you get in the shop but with the convenience of being online.
