Advantages: Photos seem good

Disadvantages: Email customer service is a joke

If something goes wrong with your snapfish order don't expect to get a refund. The customer service is terrible- automated relies that get you nowhere! They owe me 8.99 and I can't seem to get it back!
Beware. jessops are no use either - they just say that it's nothing to do with them.I am really disappointed and out of pocket. I will NOT use them again.
I suggest if you have a problem you phone rather than try to email - you'll get nowhere.

Summary: Tread carefully in your dealings if something goes wrong.
