Advantages: There's a good selection and reasonable prices.

Disadvantages: If your items are ever actually sent to you, it's several months after your order is placed.

At first the Spooky Boutique seems promising when you enter their website: interesting, alternative clothes for the kind of people who enjoy them. There are sections for women's clothing, shoes, tights, et cetera at reasonable, affordable prices. If you click on any one of the sections, there's quite a great selection of items, some of which you really can not find any where else.
If you decide to order an item, their shopping cart is quite easy and convenient to use- you can pay for your order directly via your credit card, or use the paying service Paypal. That was as far as my satisfaction with this store would go.
I've ordered with this store multiple times, and not only did every time take months and months to finally get here; my most recent experience, where I became fed up with waiting for so long, customer service is awful.
I received two replies over a week about the extremely lengthy wait for my items to be sent, and for days and days on end since my last response confirming that I have indeed payed, there has been no "Sorry, the items will be sent soon.." or "We'll refund your money.." or even a "Be patient". Nothing.
One can't help but feel that they're being robbed with this store; I will never make another purchase here again.
