The trouble with e-tailers, just like High Street shops I suppose, is that it's hard to give a fully comprehensive view of them until something's gone wrong - and then you get to see how, and indeed if, they're going to put it right.
I ordered from this site, based in Hong Kong and was pretty pleased with the deals that I got. They have brands like Urban Decay which are hard to get outside London, so all was happy in my world.
Then there was a mistake, on their part, with my credit card. It took me several months and lots of very frustrating emails to get my money back. I never seemed to be able to contact the same person twice - it would get to the stage where it was almost resolved, then someone else would come along and we'd be back to square one. Yes they sorted it out in the end, but I spent a great deal of time writing to them, tearing my hair out at some of their ridiculous responses, trying to appease my credit card company on the phone etc etc.
At least they did eventually sort it out, so I would order from them again - delivery is prompt and the goods come well packaged. There are also some ranges that I like, like some from the Far East, which are not available in this country. But I'd certainly look hard to get the same deal elsewhere before I went back to them.
