In my opinion, these are the worst hosting providers in the world. They should be used as a benchmark for how to run a company badly. Their hosting is slow, and uses outdated technology, but their service is where they really go to town. Any issues are greeted with contempt, and I've been regularly told that I'm wasting their time. Do a search on google to see how they use customer credit card information, you might be shocked. They have a 'bill first, ask questions later' policy which relies on customers being very wary of charges on their statements. Do you want a fast, reliable service with excellent customer service? Then don't use StreamlineNot a company to deal with in any way. Avoid. Run. Never come back. streamlinereviews.wordpress.com will tell you everything you need to know.

Since I've signed up with Streamline.net 3 years ago, I have never experienced a problem, and get this, my websites have received a 100% uptime since, I bet not many web hosting companies can brag about that. I've been happy enough with streamline.net I now have a total of four websites with them. The price of less then £50.00 a year you can't go wrong so it's always tempting to register a new hosting package. Customer service has been pretty good to me. I usaully write emails late in the evening but I've always had a reply back by the following morning. I would normaly class myself as rational... but in my personal opinion Streamline.net should be thrown out of a broken window in HELL!! That would sum up the level of service I have received. There customer service operators are way beyond rude(fact) and this has happened on many occasions which perplexed me as I am actually quite polite considering they overcharged me.... again. Biggest mistake signing up with these guys. If I could give them less than one star I would. On the plus side there control panel is good and easy to follow but God help you if anything goes wrong because you are likely to be met by an obnoxious techie. Maybe steamline should learn by 'pickawebs.com' chat instant messenger technical support. I spoke to them 4.30 in the morning and was amazed... now transfering all my domains. Grrrrrrreat!! :D

Personally I would steer well clear of Streamline.net. I am still having account problems with them nearly 12 months after moving due to technical service issues.I have had the poorest of experiences with Streamline.net.

Hello again,I cancelled my Streamline hosting deal about a month ago (due to personal reasons) and it went through without a hitch.I don't get what you guys are so unhappy about.
