Advantages: Great Value, Very quick support
Disadvantages: Non as yet
I have been with StreamlineNet for over a year now (in fact I have just renewed). From start to finish they have provided me with an excellent product and service. I mean for £22.31 per year and 24/7 customer support I'm not complaining. Dont get mwe wrong sometimes it has taken over 12 hours to get a reply to a support ticket but then for £22.31 per year I would not expect the most amazing technical support. If you have a site that is semi mission critical then I would recommend them without blinking. I used to be with one and one and pay over 3 times what I pay now and their support was 3 times worse so figure that one out!
Summary: Not a bad word to say and I have been with them for over a year.
