Without a doubt, Streamlinenet is the worst hosting company I have ever come across. First, I found that my website was regularly offline. Second, the so-called 'support' on offer is an absolute disgrace. Please, don't be fooled by the pictures of helpful-looking people with headsets and smiles all over their flashy website. If you have a problem, YOU CANNOT SPEAK TO THEM DIRECTLY. Instead, you have to post a 'support ticket'. Invariably, in my experience, Streamlinenet will take up to 48 hours to reply to your query. What's worse is that the responses you get are based on templates. So I posted them a ticket with a problem and received a certain answer. It didn't answer my question, so I reworded the question and posted it again. (Many) hours later, I received the same exact response, word-for-word.

Okay, I'll admit they are very cheap. But even at these low prices it's infinitely too expensive.

Summary: Do not touch them with the longest of barge poles
