In my opinion, these are the worst hosting providers in the world. They should be used as a benchmark for how to run a company badly. Their hosting is slow, and uses outdated technology, but their service is where they really go to town. Any issues are greeted with contempt, and I've been regularly told that I'm wasting their time. Do a search on google to see how they use customer credit card information, you might be shocked. They have a 'bill first, ask questions later' policy which relies on customers being very wary of charges on their statements. Do you want a fast, reliable service with excellent customer service? Then don't use StreamlineNot a company to deal with in any way. Avoid. Run. Never come back. streamlinereviews.wordpress.com will tell you everything you need to know.

I would normaly class myself as rational... but in my personal opinion Streamline.net should be thrown out of a broken window in HELL!! That would sum up the level of service I have received. There customer service operators are way beyond rude(fact) and this has happened on many occasions which perplexed me as I am actually quite polite considering they overcharged me.... again. Biggest mistake signing up with these guys. If I could give them less than one star I would. On the plus side there control panel is good and easy to follow but God help you if anything goes wrong because you are likely to be met by an obnoxious techie. Maybe steamline should learn by 'pickawebs.com' chat instant messenger technical support. I spoke to them 4.30 in the morning and was amazed... now transfering all my domains. Grrrrrrreat!! :D

Personally I would steer well clear of Streamline.net. I am still having account problems with them nearly 12 months after moving due to technical service issues.I have had the poorest of experiences with Streamline.net.

I've never had a problem with streamline.net.I have never experienced slowloading, poor support. I have never had any issues with the company.Some people have said streamline.net are rude yet I have never had a bad conversation over the phone or via support tickets.I would recommend streamline.net to anyone.

Stear Clear. these people are rude, unhelpful and just hang up when you need support. When I initiated a transfer out they deliberately changed the nameservers on my domain and took my site down for 5 days.

I can't really add much to the well worded complaints already on this site.I registered a domain name and signed up for a premium hosting package and have not been able to access either.I've tried unsuccessfully to contact Streamline.net both sales and support teams, raised the (maximum !) two support tickets with no response and held on the phone for more than an hour and have got ziltch. Currently claiming a refund from my credit card company and investigating lodging a complaint through their local Trading Standards people.Don't use these people...Unfortunately, it's not possible to give no stars at all, perhaps we need red negative awards for such incompetent service.

I paid Streamline.net £65 to host my site and £15 to transfer my domain name. I have got nothing for my money. I can not even access my account. My emails are either ignored or I get an automated responce.I will sue the company if they do not provide a service!

Utterly hopeless, have had the service for 3 weeks and will now be moving away from them ASAP. The SQL server they use is completely useless as it's far too slow, and therefore caused timeouts on my website. Utterly hopeless. Our website is two weeks old and has never worked properly. Even to bring up the homepage often requires you 'refresh' 2 or 3 times. My experience has been the same as many others - worked fine for six months and then suddenly timeouts. The difficulty is that many others can still access the site and I can through most proxy servers, but I can't directly. I have been very frustrated by their standard replies which begin repeating themselves after three or four replies. Their support is simply a waste of your time. I see now that I will never get a sensible response from them and have given up. The only option is to cancel and move on - sigh - it seemed such good value at first - but in the end you only get what you pay for. Do not even think of using them!

Absolutley awful if anything goes wrong - and when it does it's usually them who have caused it. They just voided ALL MAILBOX AND FTP PASSWORDS without evewn bothering to send an email to the domain admin, or to the account holder's email address.
