Advantages: good delivery service, wide range of items

Disadvantages: no colour detail on makeup products, postage charge!

(Since I made this order I have received an email from them saying that they have shut down there website!)
This week I made my first order with Superdrug.com
I was put off in the past because of lack of product detail on the site, and the postage charge, but I received a £5 coupon, and what can i say!? Had to give it a go.
I took a gamble with the makeup products, as I could only see the colour "NAME" and not the actual visible colour.
Thankfully I was pleased with the results.
I was very happy with the delivery, as it was on the day I expected and they'd thrown in some little freebies (yahoo! there was a mousse shampoo, deodorant, and shaving oil samples). The box was well packed and labelled too.

The online experience is alright, just a little disorientating, as with most baskets. Too much info to take in and keep track of, but I managed. They have added a feature where there is a red flashing bit above your basket details on each page, when you successfully add a new item to it. Handy if you notice. it's quite small and easy to miss. This is the only way to know that something HAS indeed been added, unless you keep going back to the basket list each time.

The standard delivery is £2.50, but it will be there between 24 and 48 hours later. GOOD!
and there are other delivery options, which work out expensive, if you need things urgently.

I noticed there was a health advice section, that i haven't tried out yet, and I enjoyed looking through their special promotions. Some of the price offers were a bit vague though, as you just see the product, and it's price without being told what it's usual FULL price was. I think there is plenty of room for more info on the products.

I must admit that I was pleasantly surprised by the experience, though. A professional operation, and the receipt/returns slip you get with your parcel is very clear and well laid out too.
