I first took notice of the website after it was advertised on national TV and first glance it seems like an excellent venture. Delving further into the website is also a pleasure, there is plenty of choice from books and games to flowers and jewellery to something a little more raunchy. I have used the website three times to place orders and unfortunately their record wtih me is not a good one: the first order I placed was out of stock and they were unable to acquire more, though to their credit I was informed of this and offered alternatives; the second order I placed arrived as expected, well presented already wrapped (many items are available gift wrapped for you or with the materials to wrap it yourself); the third order is where they let me down, a selection of the items on the website are not held at their warehouse and are sent by a supplier, the website offered next day delivery, however, as I found out after two phone calls the supplier does not currently offer this service.

This I suspect was an isolated incident although I have as yet not received a response to the email I sent to the customer service department concerning my troubles.

I would suggest that the site is great resource for the man who is short on ideas for gifts, however, don't expect them to bend over backwards if something goes wrong.
