Ive been ordering my discs and other goods from SVP for a LONG time, the best of service and they always arrive in 1 day, normally. Well i order a new batch of discs etc 9 days ago, and they still aint been delivered, they are no longer awnsering the phone, and they cant give me a date for damn delivery, they just keep saying there is a problem in the warehouse where some orders have been delayed. I buy all my blank media from SVP for one specific reason: it is cheap! I do a lot of CD and DVD burning so therefore get through a lot of discs. SVP offers good quality CD's and DVD's for a very reasonable price. First things first. I have been using SVP for about 3 years after a friend of mine told me about it and I now buy all my blank media from here (although they sell many other things). SVP A complete mess, The SVP web page failed to deliver the promised discount, I Emailed SVP with pdf of all relevant pages & SVP promptly informed me that I could go ahead & pay the order; they would then reimburse me when I forwarded the relevant information. When I completed the buying I forwarded pdf with the relevant information to SVP as they advised me to do. The next thing I know, along comes their Email claiming that the offer was not for 75 pounds sterling but 100 pounds sterling.
