Bought a 3310 Pay Monthly mobile phone from them for £19.99 back in February with £230 cash back (equivalent to 12-months cash back) and everything seemed fine until I sent my cash back claim form off. I heard nothing from them once sent, and over a month later, no sign of any cheque? The T+Cs said that I will receive it within 28 days so they are now in breach of their own contract? not a good sign of a reputable company. I?ve tried phoning and e-mailing them, but replies are often full of lies or empty promises which are never materialise.
