Well i have been doing my food shopping online with tesco for over a year now and to be honest i have not really had a problem with them until my last shop i did.

When you register with tesco.com it is a simple and easy process that does not take long. Once you've done this then you can start to look around their online store. Initially you have a page and this has different tabs with certain offers that they are promoting like buy one get one free deals. If you click on the tab saying food and drink, this then takes you to all the different isles they have in this catagory. There are three other tabs at the top saying; health and beauty, baby and toddler, house and pet. Again, once you've clicked on any of these it takes you to the relative isles you want.

I find this site easy to navigate around and there's even a section dedicated to all offers like half price and multibuys and buy 1 get 1 free. I tend to look through that section first before doing my actual shop.

Once you've done your shop you then proceed to checkout and it then asks you to choose a day along with a 2 hour delivery slot. This can be anything up to three weeks ahead, which is handy at christmas. You then choose substitutions, with or without carrier bags and the option to enter any discount codes you may have.
Then that's it your shop is done.

I have always had my deliveries within the two hour slot and nearly everytime everything has been instock and well in date. Apart from last week which a few items were out of date by the next day. So if you do get a home food delivery always check the dates on any fresh items. If they are really short dated then call them and they will refund you like they did me. I have found that my shopping bill has been really good for what items i have brought.
