I have been using tesco.com for the past 3-4 months and I am still impressed with their service. The website is very easy to use as it separates products into the same categories that you would find them in if you were in the store.

SPECIAL OFFERS:
The website also highlights the special offers. Not only does it do this but it separates them into the offers on products you usually buy, 3 for 2, half price and reduced. This is really handy if you are trying to budget as you can look only at things that have been reduced. One little piece of adivce I would give to shoppers is that 3 for 2 offers often don't save you as much money as you think and trick you into buying more than you actually need. One of the benefits of tesco.com is that it shows you how much an item costs per 100g where this is appropriate so it is easier to see which is the best deal when comparing similar products.

YOUR SHOPPING LIST:
Tesco.com stores every product you have bought so just by clicking on My Favourites you can see a list of the items you usually buy making shopping very quick and easy if you are in a hurry. It suggests replacements if an item you usually buy isn't in stock and you can view cheaper alternatives to the item.

PRODUCT INFORMATION:
The website provides a lot of product information for each product. You can view the nutritional information of each product so you can shop healthily. I am particularly impressed with the amount of information Tesco provides about its products.

PRICE:
I think the price at Tesco is very reasonable considering the high quality of their products. Their fruit and vegetables are good quality and are cheaper than some competitors. It is not the cheapest supermarket but I think it is worth the extra money to be assured the standard of food they provide.

DELIVERY:
It costs around £5 to get the shopping delivered but the time slots they offer are very good. You can get your shopping delivered until quite late at night which is really handy for people who work late. You can also get your shopping delivered the next day so you don't have to wait long for your items. So far, all of my deliveries have been on time and with few replacement goods. The delivery people are polite and friendly and offered to take the bags into my kitchen for me which I thought was excellent service.

SUMMARY:
I am really impressed with Tesco.com and their service. It is easy to use, reasonably priced and efficient.
